		<description>hi dear.  did you make a Balance Inquiry first before you made the withdrawal?  Because that&#039;s what I always do after I encountered the same situation with another bank.  Usually, all the ATMs would prompt a sign that it cannot dispense cash so I was wondering why their machine doesn&#039;t have that kind of message when it runs out of cash.  yeah, we have to wait for 5 banking days before it will be credited back to our account.  that&#039;s BDOs policy-- but in the bank I was working before it will be credited back immediately once the depositor/owner of the account is present.  i was wondering why it went that way since all BDO branches are online with each other.  hmmm, kind of weird, really.  yeah, that&#039;s really the problem with other employees like they&#039;re some kind of people from Bohol(lol). you could probably find help from the bank manager or any officer of the branch because for sure they will answer your queries and will really find a way to solve your problem.  In the bank I worked before we endorse that complaint to the branch officers because they have the password to make a balance inquiry of other branches&#039; accounts.  I don&#039;t know with BDO and I&#039;m wondering why they treat their clients that way.  it&#039;s really not good Customer Service.</description>
