Developing the Outsourcing Mindset

In Kathy Dobson’s Blog – Dedicated to Freedom you’ll find out that Outsourcing has become an essential key in achieving business goals that even small businesses and entrepreneurs are looking into developing an outsourcing mindset. Kathy Dobson is a free spirited business owner and entrepreneur dedicated to helping others achieve financial and personal freedom through Internet marketing with an emphasis on outsourcing to grow their business. She provides quality resources and ideas about marketing online and currently, she’s enrolled in Tyron’s Mass Outsource Mastermind course where she’s learning a great deal about outsourcing particularly to the Philippines.
Kathy Dobson’s article about Mass Outsource MasterMind Modules One and Two centers on Developing the Outsourcing Mindset where one learns about the 80/20 rule. This 80/20 rule means that 80% of your outcomes come from 20% of your inputs. In simpler terms, 20% of your activities produce 80% of your rewards.
Some highly realistic examples that were mentioned in her article about the 80/20 rule includes building networking relationships through Skype, e-mail, newsletters and creating videos which can be a useful means for your readers to see value in your principles and ideas.
Another principle that I’ve learned from her article is the acronym D-E-A-L which stands for D – Definition, E – Elimination, A – Automation and L – Liberation. Definition simply means defining what you want to happen after the whole outsourcing course. You need to know what you want to achieve in your business. Elimination involves the 80/20 principle where you eliminate the things that are not lucrative in your life. You need to focus on what’s productive in order to achieve a highly lucrative outcome. Automation talks about keeping things in order by setting up a project management system. Lastly, Liberation is what you’ll get after you’ve finally set things into perspective. Outsourcing provides you freedom knowing that you have a trusted virtual staff that will manage your business for you.
Kathy Dobson provides very useful information that will certainly help any novice learn about outsourcing. I highly recommend for you to subscribe to her blog to get free and useful information as well as updates about outsourcing.
Apple Beats Microsoft as the World’s Most Valuable Tech Company

If you ask me which company is better than the other, Apple or Microsoft, I would have to tell you Apple. Apple known worldwide to be the maker’s of iPods, iPhones, iPads, Mac laptops and desktops, finally went beyond Microsoft’s technology and was officially recognized as the world’s number 1 and most valuable Technological company last May 26, 2010.
It seemed just a decade ago when Apple was idle and had almost been given up for dead. Microsoft ruled the technological business for almost 2 decades with its profound versions of Windows and Office software. It created a whole new world where people can do almost anything with their computers.
But with Apple’s latest Smartphone technology, it seems that people value the convenience and ease of using smart phones that fits in your hand rather than the one sitting on your desk. Indeed, Apple and its products led us to a whole new level of technology. Apple still sells computers but the company earns twice as much in their music and hand-held devices. As reported by New York Times, Apple sold about 172 million smart phones in 2009 and 306 million computers. Surprisingly enough its smart phone sales are rapidly picking up its pace even 5 times faster.

Remarkably, Wall Street valued Apple at $222.12 billion beating Microsoft’s $219.18 billion. However, Microsoft’s revenue is about $58.4 billion compared to Apple’s 42.9 billion. But some say it’s only a matter of time before Apple will dominate Microsoft’s revenue.
According to Jim Breyer, a venture capitalist this is the most significant turnaround of events in Silicon Valley as reported by NY Times. Ironically, Apple’s co-founder, Steve Jobs, used to work behind the shadows of Bill Gates, co-founder of Microsoft. This only proves that technology constantly evolves and will still do for the next years to come.
Now that Apple is in the lead, the battle is no longer between Apple and Microsoft, but Apple vs. Google, who will be a tough competitor. It seems only yesterday when Michael Dell suggested that Apple should call it quits and return money to its shareholders but now, Dell is only about 1/10 of Apple.
Amazingly, Steve Jobs took Apple to its peak starting its humble developments by creating iPods in 2006 and collaborating with Sony in music distribution through iTunes which later dominated the business. And later, introducing the latest iPhone technology which even overcame Nokia and iPad, a tablet computer that revolutionizes how people used to interact with computers. The iPad’s multi-touch screen allows users to experience the best way to view emails, photos and videos.

Rosie Huntington Replaces Megan Fox in Transformers 3

It’s all over the Internet – Rosie Huntington replaces Megan Fox to play Shia LeBeouf’s love interest in Transformers 3. The Victoria Secret model is said to grace the set of Michael Bay’s Transformers 3 movie. After Megan Fox’s ungracious spat with Bay, it would be highly unlikely for the actress to play her part again in Transformers 3.
Rosie Huntington-Whitely is a British actress who’s modeled for several illustrious clothing brands namely Abercrombie & Fitch, Bloomingdale’s, Clinique, DKNY, French Connection, Ralph Lauren, L.A.M.B., Pepe Jeans, Top Shop and Shiatzy Chen among others. She’s appeared in famous magazines like Elle Girl, Teen Vogue and Vogue. This 5 feet 7 inches model was awarded “Model of the Year” by Elle Style. Surprisingly, Huntington-Whitely is not a proclaimed actress but had starred in a provocative short film entitled Agent Provocateur where she played a woman whose boyfriend forgot Valentines Day.
It was reported that Rose Huntington accepted the Transformers 3 offer and is said to be working on her Visa considering that she’s British. The movie is set to for release on July 1, 2011 and no doubt that Michael Bay will show us another massive explosion fest worth seeing. Some sources confirm that she will be playing a brand new role that’s totally different from Megan Fox’s character as Mikaela.
So what does Megan Fox have to say about this? Rumor has it that the ex-Transformers actress ditched the character because she only got $800,000 for her character in Transformers 2. But a friend of Fox from Fox reprove this comment and claims that the actress was paid more than just $800,000 and that the reason behind her behavior was because of Bay’s treatment towards her which wasn’t pretty.
Micahael Bay was said to consider other lookers for Huntington-Whiteley’s part namely Vanessa Hudgens, Miranda Kerr and Bar Refaeli. But according to a production insider, Bay liked her for the part so we’ll see how well Rose Huntington can play the role.
Why Outsourcing is great for Filipinos?

Outsourcing to the Philippines
Outsourcing is great for Filipinos because not only do we get more job opportunities but it allows more flexibility to manage our time to our advantage instead of the other way around.
I for one am a believer of outsourcing and am happy to say that most outsourcers, usually employers from other countries like the United States, are looking at the Philippines as a great location to outsource their tasks. People from all over the world such as entrepreneurs, free lance website owners among others rely on outsourcing as a means of achieving end results at a more affordable rate without having to risk the quality of the work that needs to be done.
One may ask how you can be outsourced. It is done simply by getting yourself registered to websites that highlight jobs posted from employers who’re out of the country. All you have to do is sign-up then create your profile. Keep in mind that trust and integrity is an important factor in this business so you need to post your qualifications as honestly as possible.
When you decide to try your luck in outsourcing, I suggest for you to learn more about what outsourcing is all about. There are perhaps thousands of websites dedicated to outsourcing.
