Finally, I was able to watch Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince yesterday! And boy was the movie awesome! I haven’t read the book yet, though, I’ve wanted to so many times but I just could not find the time. The movie was not really what I’ve expected. I must admit that I was expecting more of the action we’ve seen in the earlier Harry Potter movies but unfortunately, Voldemort’s character didn’t show up in the movie which I think is one of the movie’s drawbacks.

What I like about the movie was it’s usual magical semblance, stunning cinematography, and its unparalleled characters. Harry and Ginny’s romance is just an added bonus. I just loved the part when Ginny fought her way through a blazing fire when Harry was going after Bellatrix Lestrange oblivious to the fact that he’s obviously no match for the evil Bellatrix and the Death Eaters. I must admit I felt sad when Dumbledore was murdered by Professor Severus Snape. I knew that this scene would happen but I guess I’m just not fond of watching evil triumph over good. For those who haven’t watched the movie I suggest for you to do so. You’ll definitely be missing out.

Recently the Vatican praised the new Harry Potter movie “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” over its clear representation of good vs. evil. The movie also received a two thumbs-up from the Vatican newspaper L’Osservatore Romano on its display of adolescent love. The newspaper further stipulates that the movie achieved the correct balance and made the stars more credible to its audience.

Ben Affleck vs. Jennifer Lopez

Ben Affleck finally revealed his feelings during his time with Jennifer Lopez. Jennifer Garner’s hubby recently admitted that dating the sexy JLo was not the greatest decision he’s ever made. In fact, she made him gross. Does this mean she needs to attend cosmetology colleges?

During an interview with Contact Music he stated “I was no longer in control of my life,” he told Contact Music. “I thought I wanted certain things, but I didn’t. I got lost. I felt suffocated, miserable and gross. I should never have gone down that route or got sucked in to all the publicity.”

“I was typecast as myself. Too many people weren’t getting past what they read about me. That was damaging. I can tell from experience it’s bad for you, and bad for your career. So I took a break, went away for a while and let things calm down.”

Now, Ben admitted that his career has taken a back seat but he no longer finds his job a priority. Being a father of two and having his own family organized his life and made him see clearly.

Sparks were flying as Robert Pattinson and co-star Emilie de Ravin shot romantic scenes for their upcoming movie “Remember Me.” Last week Pattinson and Ravin seemed to be enjoying their cozy make out scene along the beach.

According to a source reported by starpulse.com,

“Everyone else was setting up for the next shot, but Rob and Emilie stayed where they were. Emilie snuggled with him for at least 10 minutes. She was sitting with part of her body pressed up under his arm and they were making each other laugh. They’re definitely getting close — you can tell it’s more than a work relationship.”

A close friend of Stewart said that she saw the pictures of Rob and Emilie kissing and wasn’t too happy about it and in fact Kristen flipped out! Rob and Emilie might as well get Las Vegas Show Tickets! Just to add more juicy gossip is that Robert and Emilie was reportedly spending plenty of time off set.

Hmm, does this mean that Pattinson already forgot about about his love for Kristen Stewart a.k.a Bella Swan? Robert and Kristen had always been rumored to be on and off sweethearts but the two consistently denied any romantic relationship existed between them. Now, this is just too hard to believe after the recent photo of the two who supposedly looked as if they were lying on the bed together with Pattinson looking as if he doens’t have anything on, hit the web!

It was reported that Robert Pattinson already admitted his passion for Kristen but it seems that the Twilight leading actress was still torn between Pattinson and her so-called boyfriend for five years, Michael Angarano. Pattinson is, however, giving Stewart until this October to sort out her true feelings.

An update was also provided by OK! Magazine as reported by starpulse.com that a source close to Pattinson and Stewart that Robert had been consistently texting and calling Kristen to ‘check in.’

I sure hope these two get a grip. It’s about time they make-up their minds about each other. They’re obviously impulsive and in denial.

The Pink Panther 2

I don’t know how many times my husband and I watched this movie. To be honest, I’ve lost count. Pink Panther 2 is freaking hilarious just as the first one with Steve Martin and Beyonce Knowles. I was having doubts at first whether I should watch this movie we’ve downloaded from the web but luckily, unlike other sequels, Pink Panther 2 doesn’t leave you disappointed. We just love watching comedy movies since it helps release stress from work and it keeps your mind off your worries.

Steve Martin is back as the relentless Inspector Jacques Clouseau who gets to be reassigned to the Dream Team after a thief who called himself “The Tornado,” stole the pink panther diamond along with other artifacts. The Dream Team comprised of other brilliant detectives from England, Italy and Japan but unfortunately for them Jacques Clouseau will display his numerous detective skills in finding the thief.
