Yesterday, Twilight garnered five of the most sought after honors during the 2009 MTV Movie Awards. It took home awards for “Best Movie,” Robert Pattinson shockingly took home three statues for “Breakthrough Performance Male,” Kristen Stewart also won for “Best Female Performance,” “Best Kiss” with both Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and “Best Fight” with the hunk Cam Gigandet. Definitely it was a night to remember for Stephanie Meyer, Catherine Hardwicke, the Twilight cast as well as the fans of Twilight. Will the Twilight sequel, New Moon, receive the same optimism and acceptance as the Twilight movie? Well, we’ll soon find out for our selves.
